Day 1: Dehradun to Sonprayag via Haridwar/
You will begin the four-day Kedarnath Dham Yatra today and travel 245 km (8 hours 30 minutes) to reach Sonprayag from Haridwar. Thus, you will relax today and begin your Yatra the following day.
Note:  all the available rooms at Sonprayag are taken, you can also stay at Guptkashi or Sitapur.

Day 2: Day 1 of the Kedarnath Dham Yatra
Sonprayag, the furthest place a taxi or bus can travel, is where we will first arrive today. You would need to take a local shared Bolero taxi from here to Gaurikund. After that, it will be an 18-kilometer walk to Kedarnath Dham.
Note: You will spend the night in Camps, Dharamshala, Kedarnath Dham, or other nearby guest homes.

Day 3: Day 2 of the Kedarnath Dham Yatra
You have already had Baba Kedarnath’s darshan by day two, or schedule it for the morning. Return to Gaurikund around the afternoon, proceed to Sonprayag, and then take a break at the hotel.
Note:  It is suggested that you spend the night at the same hotel or guest home where you spent the first day.

Day 4: Return to Haridwar.
Just return to Haridwar after completing your four days and three nights on the Kedarnath Dham Yatra, or

Day 4: Arrive at Badrinath
About 230 kilometers (8 hours 30 Mint) away from Sonprayag is Badrinath Dham, which many of our clients also visit. Once you arrive at Badrinath, you can either have darshan in the evening or just relax for the day and have darshan in the morning.

Day 5: Returning to Haridwar now
It is recommended that you go to Haridwar by 9.30 a.m. or later, as it is 315 km away and will take 10 to 11 hours by car from Badrinath. Some visitors even schedule an overnight stay to explore the Panch Prayag attractions in mid-route towns like Rudraprayag and Karanprayag.
You can choose to return to Haridwar by day 6 midday or by day 5 night, though.
