Day 2- Manali local sightseeing

We suggest doing the 700–745 km travel from Jaipur to Manali at night, leaving by 5 p.m. and arriving in Manali by 8 a.m. the following day.

If you hire a private taxi, you may follow the same route, depart by 5 a.m., and arrive in Manali by 10 p.m.

1. Mall Road –  Mall Road is a name that is known by many names. Shopping is done on Mall Road. There are good restaurants and resorts. Handmade earthenware can be seen on Mall Road and fake jewellery can also be seen there. Mall Road is a market that is open day and night.
2. Hidimba Temple –  One of the most stunning temples dedicated only to Hadimba, Bhima’s wife, is the Hadimba Temple in Manali. Hadimba Temple, famous for both its architectural skill and religious sanctity, is situated in the Dhungri Forest and is encircled by pine trees. The unique aspect of this location is that, although the nation’s Hindus honor the goddess Durga during Navratri, the people of Manali honor Hidimba Devi.
3. Van Vihar Park –  Van Vihar National Park, adorned with towering deodar trees, is easy to visit due to its distance to Mall Road. This park’s most popular feature is a man-made lake that is accessible via boat. The city’s municipal corporation oversees and maintains Van Vihar. It’s a well-liked and often visited spot for both adults and kids, this lovely garden.
4. Beas River Front –  North India is home to the Beas River, commonly referred to as the Biás or Bias. The river flows for about 490 kilometers to the Sutlej River in the Indian state of Punjab after rising in the Himalayas in central Himachal Pradesh, India.
5. Himalayan Buddhist Monastery –  In Manali, the monastery lies close to Mall Road. To get to the monastery, guests can book a taxi, autorickshaw, or local bus. It is right in Manali, close to the Market Square. If they choose to rent motorcycles, they may easily get here from anywhere in Manali.
6. Vashishtha Temple –  The beautiful Buddhist temple was designed using the traditional design of Tibet. There is a small, shrub-lined path in front of the temple, with large lawns on either side. The building is composed of wood, and the making has a sturdy basis. It’s a two-story building with a pagoda. The Himalayan Nyingmapa Buddhist Temple’s pagoda is painted a vivid shade of yellow, just like the pagodas of many other Tibetan Buddhist temples and monasteries. The prayer wheels stay along a path that round the main shrine.
